The story I wish to tell
Took place some time ago,
I met a girl, she cast a spell
Upon my soul
Her eyes as deep as two wells,
Black polish on her nails.
She smiled and said 'Don't trust me, boy!
My name is Joy.'
She wove a web of lies between us;
I fell for her because:

She disappeared like she came:
A shadow in the air;
And now I know her very name,
Her name is Despair.
